Too little too late

Firstly, I refer you all to THIS post done several days ago.

The pillar of society pictured to your left has been given 20 years for murdering Melanie Ann Harden on the 11th of September 1999.
Francis John McCullagh, a thug and career crook will be at least 52 years of age before he has a chance of being out on the streets–at the most he will be 56 years of age.

Whilst I must be thankful for small mercies that the penalty was as harsh as this, I am still nowhere near satisfied. In many other countries this offender would be facing the needle but more likely would have been put away for ever, long before he had the chance to take Melanie Ann Harden’s life.

A bitter pill for Melanie and her unfortunate family to swallow…

Boz the judiciary has much to answer for here as wll as the clowns who let him stay on.This scumbag had three trials through appeal all on techncalitys why, if a judge dosen’t dot and eye or a t crossed trivial, think what those 3 trials did to the mother and family, if though 3 idiot judges 6 in all at the Appealent Court in two appeals hearings having seen the evidence thought scumbag had a case they would have let him out on bail, but they new he was not going anywhere, so I ask you ratbag judges why, why do it to the family, why do it to the taxpayer, and why do it in the name of justice, the only ones to benifit would be the hypercrites who line their pockets with gold who will probably go on to be judges like the pea brains who are their now the defence barristers..

I was involved in the case as a witness and have to say he lied about the whole story, Melanie and i only know the real truth.
I hope he suffers in hell hang him by the balls

This disgusting dog should never be let out of jail. I am disgusted in Australia. He will be out to murder someone else. Bring back the death penalty. Rip his neck to shreds, make him suffer, bury him alive.
