Tim Cook has become world’s most powerful gay man

   Posted by: Patrick   in Patrick

So screams the headline, but is his “gayness” important? Does it matter that he is gay? Does anyone care? Should people be identified by their sexuality when identifying them in such a manner is more often than not seen as a negative thing?

Imagine Tim Cook was a serial killer, would the headline read “Tim Cook has become the worlds most evil gay man”?

Come to think of it, is Obama referred to as “the worlds most powerful hetro man?

Quite frankly, I’m over the one sided PC debate on such issues.

Personally, I neither care nor want to know if people are gay or straight or any other you beaut sexual construct they might like to identify with.

Totally agreed, Patrick– I actually couldn’t care less who someone chooses to sleep with.

It’s funny that the cry of the left regarding sexual morality has been, “Stay out of our bedrooms!” when they absolutely insist on bringing their bedrooms in plain view of everyone.

I completely agree. I could give a rats-rear-end the sexual preference is.

I’ve always been of the opinion that what a person does in the bedroom is their business, so long as they keep it to themselves.

Only in the same sense that Joooolya is the world’s sexiest ranga. In other words…

**Shudder.**

You used Joooolya and sexiest in a sentence.

The mental image is horrendous.

I agree, I am not the least bit interested in who sleeps with who. I judge people by their endeavours not their sex. I think maybe the journos are the ones who are hung up on sex.

This week, I read that some college apps will be asking about the applicant’s sexual orientation.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I’m willing to bet that those who are gay will now get preferential treatment for admissions.

Keep me posted on that. I suspect you may be right.

Funny how this is the headlines screaming from an essentially conservative publication! Anyhow, you already know my very pro-position on gay rights, and I find this headline quite offensive because doesn’t equality mean sexuality not being an issue at all? Still baffled as to why the HS made it an issue, that’s an interesting question for debate

Equality seems to mean different things to different people. For example, when Ellen DeGeners show was canceled all those years ago (because it went too gay and people lost interest), she complained that Seinfeld featured people looking for partners as well.

The reply was that Seinfeld is not totally about the casts heterosexuality episode after episode.

Down here on Earth, people don’t give a shit and don’t really want to know, and I think thats the real equality.

Spelled Ellen DeGeneres wrong.

Maybe they labeled him gay because homos aren’t known for their strength, i really don’t know, nor care. I just wish they’d stop pushing their gayness everywhere and wailing about their fantasy discrimination.
