I decided, that indeed you can. If it has Fabio on the cover, it’s a cheesy romance novel. In the vein of blue cheesy romance novels (< —–bad Cheese pun), and taking the absence of the other Patrick into account, I have concocted another smooth collection of cheesy romance quotes…..

He stared lovingly into her eyes, briefly noting their milky whiteness, like two freakishly even sized holes in a block of Swiss cheese.

Such was the depth of their love, that it felt like the normal rules of life didn’t apply to them. The spring in their step, the shine in their eyes, all indicated that they felt exempted from the rules. Much like a piece of cheese is exempt from the ten second rule.

They had been inseparable for weeks now. They held each other tightly, never letting each other out of site. It was as if they had bonded at the molecular level, like cheese melted onto toast under the grill.

Their love for each other grew by the day, until it had become all encompassing, like mold on a month old lump of neglected cheese.

After the birth of their beautiful child, the living embodiment of their love, he recalled her pain during child birth. How he had wanted to pick her up and take the pain away, how he had wanted to tell her that he knew just how she felt. After all, he had once eaten a 1 kilo block of cheese in one day.

Maybe one day Fabio will grace the cover of a book with my name on it?

Way back when Kevin Rudd won the election for Labor, there was much champagne popping from his supporters. Much, viva the revolution type of talk.

So there was this tosser who visited here frequently at around that time. He posted by several names, presumably because he was too stupid to remember his fake ID’s. Jakdooker, Mollytar, and mollyjakdookertar, there were others, but I banned him for vulgarity…and just quietly immense stupidity.

You can read some of his barely coherent ramblings of joy here and here.

Sometimes I ponder about what he thinks now, as his Utopian dream falls flat on it’s useless, moronic, incompetent face.

Gillards latest shamozzel is a classic case in point of a useless government led by incompetent half wits.

High Court rejects refugee swap deal

THE Gillard government’s “Malaysian Solution” has been thrown into disarray after being ruled unlawful by the High Court.

The court’s full bench found Immigration Minister Chris Bowen’s declaration of Malaysia as a country to which asylum-seekers could be sent for processing was “invalid”.

Chief Justice Robert French said the court ordered Mr Bowen and his department be restrained from sending asylum-seekers to Malaysia.

“The declaration made … was made without power and is invalid,” Justice French told a packed courtroom in Canberra.

The High Court also found today that unaccompanied asylum-seekers under the age of 18 could not be lawfully taken from Australia without the minister’s written consent.

The ruling is a massive blow for the Gillard government, which had hoped the Malaysian refugee swap would be the deterrent it needed to halt the flow of asylum-seeker boats to Australia.

If the government now abandons the plan, it will still be bound under the deal to accept 4000 extra refugees from Malaysia, while being unable to send 800 asylum-seekers there for processing.

Ya can’t make this stuff up.

Now, this tax will cost more than it raises apparently.

That “hand back” bit is in the form of compensation for the increased costs they insist we will not get.

Ahhhhh memories, there I was sitting around minding my own business when all of a sudden it came to me. A mental image of giant praying mantis’s feasting on hapless victims, it could only be a flashback to the early 80′s when I bought a pack of 5 horror books for $2.00 or thereabouts.

One of the said books was called “Eat Them Alive” written by a still unknown author by the name of Pierce Nace. When I say “unknown” I mean it was a pseudonym and no one seems to know for sure who the real mastermind was.

Now I can hear you thinking, “but what about this book I read….” Forget it, no book you have ever read is this bad. None.

Here’s the short version….(don’t read any more if you have a weak stomach).

Theres this guy right, and he is a real bastard see, and him and his mates used to run around stealing stuff from people then chop them up a little right. Ok, one day while they are asleep the hero of our story steals the money from their latest robbery see, and his mad mates hunt him down and cut his balls off (as ya do).

Ok, now he is really pissed off, as ya would be, and lives pretty much in solitude on a small island. One day while he is fishing in a boat just off the island, he notices that the island is breaking up, and lo and behold, giant praying mantis’s come out of the ground and begin eating everyone.

Naturally, the hero (named Dyke as it happens), sees an opportunity to coerce these mantises into eating those who cut his balls off, and just about everybody else along the way.

He tames the largest of the beasts (which he names Slayer), by feeding natives from the surrounding islands to him, and he prevents himself from becoming the next meal by bathing in such vile smelling shit than no one can stand the smell, not even a mutant praying mantis!

Onwards the book meanders featuring such guffaw inducing lines as…

“Slayer clawed at the abdominal cavity, tearing it apart, wrenching the intestines and stomach from their hold on the man, chewing down the coils of intestines as if they were the greatest delicacy he had ever tasted”

“I wonder what it’s like to watch a beast eating a part of your body while you’re helpless to prevent the gruesome snack that you’re arm is providing. Well, he thought on, I’m right-handed. If Slayer bites off one arm, I’ll still have my best one.”

Unfortunately I no longer have this book and for accuracy I relied on this review, but I do seem to remember lines about guts hanging from the majestic maws of the mantis’s (or should that be “manti”?).

There is no real reason for this post, other than the thought occurred to me that this must surely be the worst book to ever make it to print.

I challenge any readers to find a better example of a bad bad book.

Ed Schultz tries to get a “gotcha” moment on Rick Perry and comes off looking like the sanctimonious finger wagging tosser he is.

Now, it seems to me that most people are missing the point here. The point is not that certain sections of the media are trying to crucify potential Presidential candidate Rick Perry, thats what media maggots do, there is no surprise there. The surprise is in the faux outrage of even implying that the Obamessiah is black. Heaven forbid him or his administration is referred to as a “big black cloud”.

Lets set the record straight. Obama is black. He was born black, he chooses to identify himself as a black man….it’s not a global secret, but we should never mention it unless someone takes offense.

Some might say, myself included, that indeed Obama and his entire administration are in fact a “big black cloud” that hangs over America, nay the world!

Even though obviously this is not what Rick Perry meant, so the hell what if he did anyway?

Have we become so pathetic as a race that even implying such a thing is considered “racism”?

Yeah so I don’t write much here anymore, my bad. I still do surf around and read what other people write though. Now this is a beautiful quote from the always thought provoking Lexcen at My Gripes Of Wrath

It is important to distinguish between crimes committed by insane individuals and crimes committed by an insane cult/religion. We cannot protect ourselves against individuals who go berserk because we cannot predict how any individual will behave but when we live in denial about the beliefs and aspirations of Islam, we only have ourselves to blame.

If I could write as concisely as that, there may be a few more of my posts here!

I have been a long time campaigner for the re-introduction of the death penalty in this country for serious hard core violent criminals.

I have particularly strong feelings in relation to sex offenders of all kinds and believe that the crime of rape is, if not worse than murder, at the very least the equivalent of it in terms of severity…

It just so happens that three horrific rape cases have been spotlighted over the last few days…

Depraved Victorian father jailed for child rapes over 14 years

A MAN who violently and continuously raped four children over a 14 year period, including forcing them to have sex with their mother, has been jailed for a minimum of 15 years.

The court heard the man, known only as JPB to protect the identity of his victims, had raped the children in his care from as young as age seven and eight – assaulting individual children on a nightly or routine basis and forcing at least one to participate in sexual activities involving he and his wife, the mother of their child and step-children.

A MAN who sexually assaulted two intellectually disabled sisters and downloaded images onto his computer has been jailed.

Stanley Rhode, 58, assaulted the women, aged 33 and 36, in 2009.

He was jailed today for at least four years and three months.

Man jailed for ‘thrill’ rape of 85-year-old at Melbourne’s Southern Cross railway station

A MAN who raped and brutally bashed a frail 85-year-old woman at a Melbourne railway station for “a bit of a thrill” has been jailed.

Allan Richard Hodson, 65, loitered around Southern Cross Station before selecting his victim and attacking her in a public toilet on January 27.

Jailed today for 11 years, he had earlier told police it was a chance for a “bit of a thrill”.
