The judge in this case is one of the many judges who have been appointed by our Attorney General Rob Hulls who in his past had strong civil liberty leanings. And when you have someone like Rob Hulls giving the nod to these people for the judiciary then you expect sentences to be out of kilter with community expectations, but not in this case.
This scumbag - Robert Barrett, would have to be one of the most brutal, cruel, and sadistic killers I have come across. What’s that got to do with the judge? Plenty. You see this animal went to the Appeal Court and got a retrial (at his first trial he was sentenced to a 20 year minimum). With the first trial overruled, Barrett then gets sent back to court (as they so often do). Barrett had rights, unlike his victim who is now in Heaven. I am sure that she would not be so happy with this animals sentence after he showed her no mercy, taking her life so brutally.
The trial was going badly for Barrett after a few days, and this animal that was once not guilty put his hand up, and pleaded guilty all of a sudden. Judge Lizzie “come lately” Curtain fell for it hook line and sinker, and dropped the original sentence back to 17 years minimum!
So here we go again writing to the Director of Public Prosecutions about a very inadequate sentence…

This Scumbag should never be released from the Village of the Damned..
A pagan witch who turned two fifteen year old girls into sex slaves has won the right to challenge an order that keeps him locked in the grounds of Ararat Prison. This is a place where extremely serous sex offenders are kept. The likes of Mr. Baldy amongst others reside there, all of whom are under the Serious Sexual Offenders Monitoring Act. These dangerous predators are kept in the “Village of the Dammed” to protect our children and the community.
In yesterday’s judgment, Justice Harper said that it had been ruled when Fletcher was subjected to an order under the Serious Sexual Offenders Monitoring Act it was illegal to lock him up. What a shame judge. The problem is that when these ex- defence lawyer judges are presented with a technicality like this they revert back to the old days when they used to lay down with dogs (they certainly got up with the fleas).
Judge, what this scumbag did was illegal. And of the two fifteen year old girls, now there is only one as the other took her own life. The girls were fed illegal drugs judge and Fletcher used mind altering techniques and hypnotism to entice them into prostitution and sadomasochism. He also duped them into believing kinky sexual acts (in which they were tied and whipped) were pagan rites.
Judge Harper I have to say to you Fletcher will re offend. If he is released back into the community will you and your colleagues who release him be accountable when he ruins more lives?
Judge spare a thought also for Lauren, the surviving victim of this evil predator. I doubt very much if you have ever met a victim outside of the courts.

Throwing out the garbage–this I totally agree with. However I would go one better. It is a privilege to live in this great nation not a right. I believe all people coming from overseas, regardless of who they are should be on ten years probation before becoming dinky-di Australians. As it is now once they become a citizen, they cannot be given the boot.

Charles Dean Hood Avoids Execution Again
Texas death row inmate Charles Dean Hood is still alive — for now. His execution was cancelled minutes before midnight Tuesday because prison officials feared they could not follow the proper procedures in time after a flurry of appeals delayed the original scheduled execution. Hood was convicted of the 1989 murders of topless bar owner Ronald Williamson and his girlfriend Tracie Lynn Wallace.
His on-again, off-again execution was finally halted at the last minute after a whirlwind of legal activity touched off when a Texas district judge illegally lifted Hood’s death warrant earlier in the day. It was the fifth time he had been scheduled to die but granted a stay.

When I first came across this person, it was when our family was in trauma over the murder of eldest daughter Tracey. We were unfortunate enough to have him as our trial judge. Those in the system before us would say bad luck, you have that old sheila George, or “Lenient George”/ “Rehab George”. I of course being nieve and new to the justice system wondered how this could be–it was our day in court. How wrong can one be, a full conviction for a very brutal murder and ten years jail?
I was so incensed that the Crime Victim Support Association was formed. I complained to all and sundry in the government and judiciary (and not long after the mongrel George Hampel was a Judge no more).

These scumbags have been in jail before over very serious sex offences. And as we all know there have been cases where some of these dirt-bag offenders re-offend upon their release. Worse still are the cases where their have been murders committed.
It is to this end for our children, our community and for real truth in sentencing, that I would ask each and every one of you to attend a very important rally regarding the naming of paedophiles…
We are staging “Rally for Justice” on Sunday the 1st of June 2008. It will be held on the steps of Parliament House at 12 noon and be hosted by one of our great crime fighters Derryn Hinch.
Also, our family of homicide victims (a club that none want to join) MUST ensure that we don’t let inexperienced idiots who have never been the victims of homicide pull our great Homicide Squad apart.
Tie a yellow ribbon on your car.
The Government might not care, but we do.

The Court of Appeals thought that the following scumbag was entitled to a retrial. Mind you, this was after a jury of people (with more sense than the three judges in the appellant court) found him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I attended the first trial of this bit of human filth, and there was no way he was not guilty as charged. And of course at great cost to you and me he was found guilty once again.
They wonder why we think judges have mental problems!

This is an urgent message for parents and carers in the Northcote and Preston areas…
It has come to our notice that a serious pedophile is living in the Northcote area. This scumbag has a string of offences relating to young girls and is extremely dangerous.
He is out on bail on two serious charges because the magistrate seems to think he is suffering from a mild illnes.
This mongrel is on the sex offenders register and you would think the magistrate would have more common sense…
…Apparently not…
This pedophile has been seen loitering around the Northcote Plaza area so we would urge all concerned to keep a close eye on the children in their care.
We will let you know what happens at his court case.

And now for yet another tale of an idiot judge who remains nameless (but we know who he is) and another anonymous scumbag (we know who he is too). Like all scumbags, this one was suffering from “depression” and was living in a “fantasy world”…Don’t they all?
You idiot judge–we hear this all the time in our courts. They had a hard life, use(d) drugs, you name it these perpetrators have an excuse for it. And the cretin on the bench in this case didn’t take into the account the grooming of the 12 year old girl. “Depression” did not seem to worry the scumbag then.
I have to say this to you, idiot judge; victims of horrendous crimes and their families are further punished by a weak ineffective justice system with this showering of compassion on the perpetrator rather than the victim.

Another bleeding heart judge (is their any other kind?) in the County Court had this to say at the sentencing today of a scumbag convicted of a shocking crime of violence against a young woman…
“It was serious and appalling”. ..
“Your behaviour was outrageous”…
I have to say your Honor Judge Rachelle Lewitan you are a first class idiot and should hand in your wig and gown. Lewitan also goes on to say that the poor scumbag was suffering post traumatic stress and depression!
