It is time to Stand up and be Counted for Real Justice
Sunday 12 July from 12 PM till 2 PM, at Parliament House Steps top of Bourke Street Melbourne.
Are you sick of Mickey Mouse Justice handed down in our courts to violent criminals?
Are you sick of people like you and me being held up by armed perpetrators at ATMs?
Are you sick of pensioners put in fear of their lives for a few lousy dollars and being badly injured by thugs who go before our courts and tell Judges how they drew a hard card in life (mum left dad, beatings at homes, sexual assaults, all told by a defense lawyer or a professional witness)?
In court you look around and see other siblings all brought up in the same place embarrassed to be in court but as family it is a must. I talk to them and they are quite nice people. They don’t like what their relative has done and they tell me that.
Knifings on our streets are rife and we don’t have enough police.
Why would one want be a cop?
They are given a six-shooter that my grandfather had, they have to conform to the softly-softly approach of Victorian Police Command (straight out of the bleeding hearts agenda). No Tasers Guns for our police and you just wonder how many police have to be murdered for some sort of protection for them to be put in place.
Whilst on the subject of murder, sexual assault and all crimes of violence, the one that annoys me the most is Suspended Sentences for violent crimes that are given out freely in our courts.
If you wish to make a difference come along on Sunday 12 July from 12 PM till 2 PM, at Parliament House steps top of Bourke Street Melbourne. The speakers are victims of crime who will explain to you what it is like to be a victim of violence, and the lack of justice that they endure.
For any more information you may require please contact me on (03) 97584512 or 0419 897 615
The media will be there so bring placards on what you think of our no justice system.
When I was contacted about this bit of human filth it was just a great feeling, and I could not contact the two parents who’s children had been murdered quick enough…One was by this scumbag Luke Pollock.
Luck Pollock was out with his mates one Saturday night quite recently. It appears that they were going on a shooting trip with a sawn off shotgun (as you do on a late Saturday night/ Sunday early morning). Now the story is they were skylarking in the car and all of a sudden BANG!!!!!!!!!!! Luke Pollock was rehabilitated for life.
So sad.
PARENT RELIVE DOUBLE TRAGEDY
Parents, Mark and Rhonda Schloss, relived every parent’s worst nightmare, as not one, but their two children were murdered within less than 4 years of each other.
Their daughter Rebecca, 17, was strangled to death less than 4 years ago. Her killer was only sentenced to a maximum of nine years for her death.
This week Mr and Mrs Schloss appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates court to watch the preliminary hearing of a 20-year-old man charged with their son’s death. Wayne, 23, was allegedly stabbed by Luke Pollock and left to die in an alleyway in Frankston. He was found by an off-duty police offer but later died on 3 March 2003 from the stab wound that ran from his shoulder to his waist.
Pollock, who had been released from jail for less than a week, confessed to the murder to his defacto wife, Stella Goodnight. In her evidence to the court, she said that Pollock told her that he ‘had just had a blue with Wayne and Wayne threw a chair at him’ and that ‘they threw a few punches’ as well.
The preliminary hearing was to continue on the 30th October 2003.
Department of Human Services does it again and again, it is an absolute disgrace the way it is run.
Perhaps they should change their name to “Department of Inhuman Services”.
What to you think?

TWO children were allegedly tortured with pliers, kicked in the ribs and beaten daily by their stepfather for more than a year after their teachers alerted authorities.
Record of pain:
Police photographs of the children’s horrific injuries were shown to the court…
I just can’t believe that Bobby is at it again with this get rich quick idea! Things sure did change for her once the money stopped coming in from the drugs of mass destruction (and the many poor souls that went to an early grave because of this moll and her few friends).
We have had the Nine Network putting her in our faces night after night after night and next was Bobby in that photo shoot…Eat your heart out Elle (but I don’t think you have any worries). Then those shocking tee shirts, unbelievable.
Move over Jackie Collins here comes Bobby with a load of bullshit about what happens with those who would move around and shoot you in the back of the head (or give you a hot shot).
Victims get Life, killers and Rapist get reduce sentences.

VICTORIA’s Court of Appeal has wiped 116 years of jail time - including that of killers, rapists and drug dealers - in the past 16 months.
Figures show 60 years was cut from the collective minimum jail terms of convicted criminals who had argued their sentences were too long.
A further 56 years’ jail time was erased by the Court of Appeal after it acquitted 12 people who successfully argued against their convictions.
The Sunday Herald Sun, with oversight from law firm Kelly Hazell Quill, analysed every publicly recorded judgment handed down by the Court of Appeal between January 1, 2008, and April 8, 2009.
These bleeding heart Judges–Warren, Redlich, and Forrest (Appellant Court judges in this case) should be given the kyba pass!!!
This is an outrageous and disgusting part of civil libertarian justice…

A DEVASTATED family torn apart by a hoon driver has branded the justice system weak for cutting the man’s sentence to just 5-1/2 years behind bars.
A drunk Brett Douglas Franklin was doing burnouts and fishtailing along a Korumburra street when he ploughed into Glenda Thomson, 49, and her sister Michelle Hurst, 47, killing both as they walked home with relatives from a party in 2006.
Franklin, 28, had been at the party and was so drunk that other revellers begged him not to drive.
It is reflected in Justice Nettle’s summing up of a poor sentence handed down in the Supreme Court by Justice King that was manefestly inadequate for a killer.
This ancient law of DJ must be removed Attorney General! Stop thinking of the criminals because they CHOOSE to be killers unlike the victims who had no such choice.

“What she did was definitely gruesome, but…it would be panic-driven…”
- Victims of crime advocate Noel McNamara
A Victorian teenager accused of shooting and dismembering her violent and abusive stepfather should never have been charged with murder, according to a crime victims campaigner.
The 19-year-old walked free from court on Friday after the state’s top prosecutor dropped charges, including murder, against her because it was unlikely a jury could convict her.
The woman, who cannot legally be named, had endured years of horrendous physical and sexual abuse by her stepfather who, on the night he died, had threatened her with a loaded gun to force her to perform a sex act on him in their backyard shed in March last year.
After she performed the act, the woman, then 18, used the gun to kill her 34-year-old tormentor before cutting off his arms, legs and head with a handsaw and burying the torso in a shallow grave.
Victims of crime advocate Noel McNamara said the decision to free the young woman was the right one, adding the case against her should never have seen the light of day.
“It’s the right decision, there’s no doubt about it, but I find it very strange that they put the girl through more trauma - when they found the body they just should have said ‘well, you’re free to go’,” Mr McNamara said.
“It should have been a no-charge straight away, she’s gone through hell since she was 14 with this bloke and of course there’s a lot of questions that have to be answered.
“Apparently, a lot of people knew about what was going on and nothing happened.”
Mr McNamara said he would never condone or encourage vigilantism, adding the young woman still had a long road to recovery ahead of her as she came to terms with all that had happened to her.
“What she did was definitely gruesome, but … it would be panic-driven,” he said.
“We wouldn’t encourage people to do that, we’d encourage people to call the police as soon as something like that happens and tell them the story.
“She should have gone to the police as soon as she killed him, and I still think that would have been the end of the matter, but they seem to have some reason that they’ve got to take them before the courts and then drop it.
“It’s happened before and it’ll happen again, I don’t know why they do it - it would have caused more trauma for that girl and she’ll be coming down to earth now with a great thud.”
